Junior Fair Board attends conference

On Tuesday, Jan. 5, the Fulton County Junior Fair Board attended the Ohio Fair Managers Association Junior Fair Conference in Columbus. There were different workshops such as: "You Made the Cut, Now Make it Count," "First Place, First Impressions," and many more.

These classes help Jr. Fair members manage their leadership roles and the way their performance will impact their commitment in other organizations.

Also, interviews were held on Sunday, Jan. 24 for individuals who would like to be on the Jr. Fair Board 2010 at the OSU Extension Office. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 9, at 7 p.m. at the OSU Extension Office in the Robert Fulton Agriculture Center on SH 108, across from the Fulton County Fairgrounds.
