Boger, Wylie exchange vows
At half after 3 p.m., Katie Boger of Wauseon, wed Brian Wylie of Archbold at Crossroads Evangelical Church in Wauseon. Pastor Matt Boyers officiated the ceremonies.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents, Ralph and Sandra Boger of Wauseon. Thomas and Therese Wylie, Archbold, are the parents of the groom.
The bride was attended by maids of honor: Wendi Brown of Wauseon and Melissa Boger of Lyons, sisters of the bride. The bridesmaids were Erica Wylie, Orlando, Fla., Laura Wylie, Archbold; sisters of the groom, Kimberly Rupp of Pettisville, a friend of the bride and Lollie Vargas of Clyde, Ohio, a friend of the groom. The junior bridesmaid was Samantha Boger of Pettisville, a niece of the bride.
The flower girls were Taylor Boger of Pettisville and Paige Powell of Lyons, both nieces of the bride.
Ben Barton, a friend of the couple from Archbold and Michael Lemmon, a friend of the groom served as best men. Josh Boger, brother of the bride from Pettisville; Zach Bly, a friend of the couple from Archbold; Raffy Reyes, a friend of the groom and Dan Utech, a friend of the groom from St. Louis, Mo. were the groomsmen. Devon Brown of Wauseon, a nephew of the bride served as junior groomsman.
The ring bearers were Zander Brown of Wauseon and Ben Boger of Pettisville, both nephews of the bride.
The bride wore a stunning strapless diamond white, floor length gown with a bubble bottom and random gatherings, complete with a pink bow.
After the ceremonies, the couple adjourned to the Knights of Columbus Hall in Archbold, where the bride's parents held a reception for all the attendees. The couple did a one week honey moon to Gatlinburg, Tenn. The couple currently reside in Virginia Beach, Va.
The bride has an associates degree in visual communications and is continuing her education, pursuing a Bachelors in Graphic Design. Katie Wylie is currently employed as a graphic designer with FHP.
The groom has 3 1/2 years in the service of the U. S. Navy and is based in Norfolk, Va. Brian Wylie is continuing his education towards a career in radiology.
