Fulton County Grand Jury indicts 21 individuals for crimes

On Dec. 21, 2009, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging 21 individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney Scott A. Haselman. It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Jondale R. Winters, 34, Clayton, Mich., was indicted on one count of theft and one count of possessing criminal tools. On or about Nov. 29, 2009, Winters allegedly stole items from a Wauseon store that were valued at more than $500, but less than $5,000. Case No. 09CR184.

Jennifer L. Richard, 33, Clayton, Mich., was indicted on one count of theft and one count of possessing criminal tools. On or about Nov. 29, 2009, Richard allegedly stole items from a Wauseon store that were valued at more than $500, but less than $5,000. Case No. 09CR186.

Steven E. Ostrander, 37, Adrian, Mich., was indicted on one count of theft and one count of possessing criminal tools. On or about Nov. 29, 2009, Ostrander allegedly stole items from a Wauseon store that were valued at more than $500, but less than $5,000. Case No. 09CR192.

Joshua W. Tressler, 20, Swanton, was indicted on one count of theft and one count of burglary. On or about Dec. 2, 2009, Tressler allegedly stole a television from a Swanton residence. Case No. 09CR196.

Robert K. Wurns Jr., 19, Delta, was indicted on one count of theft and one count of burglary. On or about Dec. 2, 2009, Wurns allegedly stole a television from a Swanton residence. Case No. 09CR188.

Karlene D. Mazzoli, 21, Swanton, was indicted on one count of theft. On or about Sept. 14 to Nov. 26, 2009, Mazzoli allegedly stole jewelry and miscellaneous items from a Swanton residence. Case No. 09CR189.

Donald S. Daniels, 45, Swanton, was indicted on two counts of nonsupport of dependents. Between Sept. 1, 2008 and Nov. 30, 2009, Daniels allegedly failed to pay child support totaling $3,574.39. Case No. 09CR193.

John P. Monaghan, 21, Lyons, was indicted on one count of Burglary. On or about Dec. 6, 2009, Monaghan allegedly broke into a residence in Lyons. Case No. 09CR187.

Brandon E. Thatcher, 19, Delta, was indicted on three counts of theft, two counts of receiving stolen property and one count of forgery. On or about Oct. 14 and Oct. 18, 2009, Thatcher allegedly stole two credit cards and a car stereo. Case No. 09CR197.

Jerod R. Yedica, 19, Archbold, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering. On or about Nov. 19, 2009, Yedica allegedly broke into a Pettisville business. Case No. 09CR201.

Donald L. Kendall III, 24, Archbold, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering. On or about Nov. 19, 2009, Kendall allegedly broke into a Pettisville business. Case No. 09CR194.

Bobby A. Rodriguez, 18, Archbold, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering. On or about Nov. 19, 2009, Rodriguez allegedly broke into a Pettisville business. Case No. 09CR199.

Ronald D. Dewey, 59, Delta, was indicted on one count of forgery. On or about March 9, 2007, Dewey allegedly forged a writing. Case No. 09CR191.

Colton W. Hulshof, 19, Archbold, was indicted on three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. On or about Nov. 21, 2009, he allegedly knowingly attempted to engage in sexual conduct with a minor under the age of sixteen. Case No. 09CR190.

Wilmar V. Bravo, 20, Delta, was indicted on one count of attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. On or about the month of August 2009 to Oct. 19, 2009, Bravo allegedly knowingly attempted to engage in sexual conduct with a minor under the age of sixteen. Case No. 09CR179.

Pablo Trigueros, 60, Delta, was indicted on one count of attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. On or about Oct. 19, 2009, he allegedly knowingly attempted to engage in sexual conduct with a minor under the age of sixteen. Case No. 09CR182.

Ismaiel D. Pachico, 35, Delta, was indicted on one count of attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. On or about the month of August 2009 to Oct. 19, 2009, Pachico allegedly knowingly attempted to engage in sexual conduct with a minor under the age of sixteen. Case No. 09CR180.

Ronald Greer Jr., 31, Toledo, was indicted on one count of promoting prostitution. On or about Oct. 19, 2009, he allegedly knowingly transported another across state or county boundaries to facilitate a person's engaging in sexual activity for hire. Case No. 09CR163.

Jessica L. Cooper, 32, Toledo, was indicted on one count of promoting prostitution and seven counts of compelling prostitution. On or about the month of August 2009 to Oct. 19, 2009, Cooper allegedly knowingly allowed a minor to engage in sexual activity for hire. Case No. 09CR198.

Christina Madrigal, 34, Toledo, was indicted on two counts of compelling prostitution and one count of promoting prostitution. On or about the month of August 2009 to Oct. 19, 2009, Madrigal allegedly knowingly transported another across state or county boundaries to facilitate a person's engaging in sexual activity for hire. Case No. 09CR200.

Mezia Sinforiano, 61, Delta, was indicted on one count of compelling prostitution and one count of attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. On or about the month of August 2009 to Oct. 19, 2009, Sinforiano allegedly knowingly attempted to pay a minor to engage in sexual activity. Case No. 09CR181.
