Wauseon man sentenced in Common Pleas Court
A Wauseon man was sentenced on Dec. 28, 2009 in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
According to Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney Scot Haselman, Craig L. Willeman, 54, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. On Aug. 14, 2009, cocaine was found in Willeman's possession during a traffic stop.
Judge James E. Barber sentenced Willeman to two years community control and ordered him to serve seven days at CCNO, pay the cost of prosecution and incarceration, successfully complete treatment at Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio, pay a $50 per month for supervision fee, not to possess alcohol, stay out of bars and taverns, have no contact with co-defendant Joel Bland and receive a six-month driver's license suspension with work and treatment privileges.
Failure to abide by these terms could result in Willeman spending 11 months in prison.
Co-defendant Bland received the same sentence on Dec. 11, 2009.
