Mary Ellen Bargman

Mary Ellen Bargman, 88, of Wauseon passed away Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010, at Heartland of Wauseon. She was born on July 11, 1921, in Frankfort, Ohio, the daughter of Morris and Grace (Morris) Hise. On Dec. 23, 1966, she married Martin E. Bargman Jr. in Morenci, Mich., and he preceded her in death on Aug. 30, 1988.

Mary was a graduate of Edgerton High School. She was formerly employed at Fulton Industries in Wauseon as an inspector. She retired from there in 1983 after 28 years of service. Mary enjoyed crocheting and spending time at her lake house near Montgomery, Mich.

She is survived by two sons, Fred (Patricia) Osborn of Manitou Beach, Mich., and Dan (Betty) Osborn of Wauseon; four grandchildren, Kellie (Mark) Seyfried of Lansing, Mich., Brad (Melissa) Osborn of Morenci, Mich., and Dustin Osborn and Amber Osborn, both of Wauseon; three great- grandchildren, Bradey, Brennen and Ava; a sister-in-law, Lucy Hise of Florida; and many nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Madelyn Fee; a brother, Kenneth Hise; and a brother-in-law, Bill Fee.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010, at the Eagle Funeral Home-Charles Fink Chapel in Morenci, Mich., with Rev. Donna Stutzman officiating. Burial will follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Morenci.
