Friesen's celebrate 50 years

Lyle and Donna Friesen of Archbold will celebrate 50 years of marriage on Sunday, Oct. 18 with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. at the West Clinton Mennonite Church. Donna Waidelich and Lyle Friesen were married Oct. 24, 1959 in the West Clinton Mennonite Church in Wauseon.

They are blessed with five daughters: Debra and Daniel Lange of Archbold; Sandra and Gary Aeschliman of Archbold; Cynthia and Phil Mason of Hesston, Kan.; Jan and Todd Holsopple of Millersburg, Ind. and Amy and Ed Leichty of Archbold. Lyle and Donna are further blessed with 12 grandchildren.
